At Fenechost, we strive to provide quality products and a satisfactory customer experience. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with evident signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection via email. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please:

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at support@fenechost.store and mail your item to: [Physical Address].
Gifts: If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.
